I contacted this agency looking for a quote for my vehicle. They were able to give me the information fairly quickly and comparable items. The pricing was about the same as what I have, and while I tend to stick with what I know, it was nice to know that I'm not paying too much for the policy that I have with my current company
I contacted them again to get another quote for my father. He has Allstate and his agent is, not the most helpful or friendly. They ended up being about $200 a year cheaper for the policy so it was a no-brainer to switch companies. Kristin did a great job with getting all the information for the policy and even went the extra mile to verify a few other discount items to make sure the policy was done correctly with no hidden surprises. I would recommend this company and would also recommend the person that I dealt with

I was referred to Marcio by my mortgage lender and I am so glad she gave me his information. Marcio and his team have been consistent since the first day I contacted him. Besides being able to find you a great rate (they customize it so that is reasonable and makes sense to your budget) and knowledgeable, what sets them apart is they continuously put the needs of the client first; have excellent customer service; responsive with quick replies; highly capable of listening and empathize with clients; have high energy level (even through email!); genuine and honest (if they made a mistake they will acknowledge and apologize, then immediately correct it for you). I worked with Peter Moscu and he was absolutely wonderful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, and he seemed to genuinely care about doing what was best for me. The service I received was absolutely amazing. He was very patient and kind and took the time to explain everything about the policy to me, as I previously didn't understand anything about all of the insurance numbers. I highly recommend him and this company and I am so happy to have been able to work with someone so proactive and helpful. Peter really made this process much easier.

Outstanding service from Marcio Pepe. We where looking to combine our vehicle and home policy to save some money. Marcio reached out to me after I did some online quotes and I am so happy he did. He spend so much time with me answer questions and looking for the best policy that saved us money but also provided us great coverage. Marcio is very knowledgeable and will not let you purchase coverage you don't need. He works for you and not the insurance companies so he looks out for your best interest. He is also great to talk with and treats you with so much respect. We are planning to have a very long business relationship with Marcio and MPX Insurance.

I have a very complex situation with multiple homes, business, personal liability risks... After over a decade with AAA, I decided to shop around since my premiums were skyrocketing. Very satisfied with my experience with MPX Insurance Services. In particular Peter Moseu. I live in northern CA and have dealt with Peter only by email. All email responses have been ridiculously quick.
Had a problem with the manufacture of a new car purchase giving me the wrong VIN number. Peter solved the problem and had a new declaration page in my hand, via computer, by the next morning.

I'm happy to recommend MPX to anyone who asks about insurance. At this point - I just want an insurance package that is completely hands-off (to me) and regularly reviewed by a pro who really knows the insurance industry. Having MPX revisit the rates and coverages on my policies is HUGE because as my circumstances naturally change I don't want insurance to be yet another thing to worry about...

I'm currently covering auto and homeowner's policies on a couple homes with MPX. Over the past 7.5 years (with Karim's guidance) we've designed a package that leaves me feeling completely covered.

We have been loyal clients of MPX Insurance Services for about 5 years. We were fortunate to have found MPX when we were shopping for home and auto insurance. As our agent, they helped us find the right coverage for the right price. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about home owners insurance. They were very hands-on and really helped take the pressure off of us. They found multiple discounts we were eligible for that other agencies did not take the time to review with us. Final price has always been what was quoted. Any time we reach out with questions or changes that need to be made to our polices (new cars, new teen-age drivers etc) they are always extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
